摘 要
聚醋酸乙烯酯又称为白乳胶,在日常生活中应用广泛,但由于自身的固有缺
点,使其应用受到限制。水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯由醋酸乙烯酸酯类单体共聚而成的,
具有无毒无味,不燃不爆,无污染,可以根据不同用途生产具有不同使用性能的
白乳胶等优点。本文研制出一种粘接强度高、耐水性良好的环保水性胶粘剂,论
述了以醋酸乙烯酯为单体、过硫酸铵为引发剂、合成环保型水溶性白乳胶的过程。
通过实验表明,制造粘结性能好水溶性好的白乳胶受实验中的引发剂的用量、反
应温度、反应时间、酸碱度及单体配比影响,且得出一个较好的制备条件:温度
70±2℃;引发剂4.7% ;最佳时间 50~70min 。此时产品基本符合应用的要求,产
品的颜色成白色,粘稠液体。

Abstract
Polyvinyl acetate latex, also known as white, in their daily life widespread use, but
because of its own inherent weaknesses, its application is restricted. Water-soluble
polyvinyl acetate from vinyl ester monomers from the copolymer is non-toxic and
tasteless, non-combustion, pollution-free, According to different uses can be produced
with different properties of the use of the advantages of white latex. In this paper, the
development of a high bond strength, water resistance of good environmental water-
based adhesive discussed that the vinyl acetate monomers, persulfate as the initiator,
environmental synthesis of water-soluble white emulsion process. The experiment
indicates that the manufacturing capacity of water-soluble adhesive white latex good
experiment by the amount of initiator, the reaction temperature, reaction time, pH and
monomer ratio, and a better preparation conditions : temperature 70 ± 2 ℃; initiator
4.7%; the best time to 50 ~ 70 min. At
