First, this paper introduces the background and significance of the quality control chart and its application, as well as the research status of existing quality control chart pattern recognition methods. Secondly, this paper introduces the quality control chart practice of SSKJ Company and data collection methods in detail, providing basic data for subsequent analysis. Then, this paper analyzes the patterns in the quality control chart of SSKJ Company, and refers to existing pattern recognition methods to identify and classify these patterns.
