呼伦贝尔草甸草原不同土壤水分梯度下羊草光合生理特性研究的开题报告 摘要: 草甸草原作为全球最大的生态系统之一,对全球的生态平衡具有重要的影响。而土壤水分是影响草甸草原植物生长、分布和生态系统稳定性的关键因素之一。因此,在不同土壤水分梯度下研究草甸草原植物的生理生态特性,对于深入了解草地植物对环境变化的响应机制、探究草地生态系统稳定性和生态演替规律具有重要的理论和实践意义。本研究以内蒙古呼伦贝尔草原为对象,选取草地常见优势植物羊草(Leymus chinensis)为研究对象,通过盆栽实验的方式,研究不同土壤水分梯度下羊草的生理生态特性,包括叶绿素荧光参数、叶片生理指标和生长状况等,探究土壤水分对羊草的影响规律,为草甸草原的生态管理提供科学依据。 关键词:呼伦贝尔草原;土壤水分;羊草;光合生理特性;生态管理。 Abstract: As one of the largest ecosystems in the world, the grassland ecosystem has a significant impact on the global ecological balance. Soil water content is one of the key factors affecting the growth, distribution, and stability of grassland plants. Therefore, studying the physiological and ecological characteristics of grassland plants under different soil moisture conditions is of great theoretical and practical significance for a deeper understanding of the response mechanisms of grassland plants to environmental changes, exploring the stability and ecological succession rules of grassland ecosystems. In this study, the common dominant plant Leymus chinensis in the Hulunbuir grassland of Inner Mongolia was selected as the research object. By using pot experiments, the physiological and ecological characteristics of Leymus chinensis under different soil moisture levels were studied, including chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, leaf physiological indicators, and growth status, exploring the impact of soil moisture on Leymus chinensis, and providing scientific basis for the ecological management of grassland.
