小型热电厂电气二次部分设计
摘 要
在当今社会中,电能对国家经济发展和人们生活起着很大的作用,电能供应的中断或不足,不仅将直接影响生产,造成人们生活秩序混乱,甚至可能造成社会性灾难。因此,电力系统的可靠性与稳定性不能疏忽。对于提高电力系统的可靠性,必须选择可靠、合适的一次设备,而只有一次设备是远远不够的,对电气一次设备进行监控的二次系统是提高可靠性的重点,为了更好完善监控的功能,现在很多电站实现了电气自动化系统,可靠性又提高了一个台阶。
本论文先介绍了电气一次设备的选型,接着讲述了电气二次系统的设计以及保护装置,最后讲述了电气自动化的实现。
完善的电气二次监控设计和保护,再加上电气自动化的实现,不但提高了电能生产的可靠性和质量,而且还减少了电站的人力资源,提高了电站的效率。

Abstract
In modern industrial production processes, it alway need to maintain the flow of the two materials to maintain a certain ratio, if the ratiolose its balance once, it will affect the quality of the product, or even cause serious production accidents. Therefore the actual production process is needed to automatically maintain two or more parameters of relations between the proportion of such control system, and it is the ratio of control systems, a process control is widely used in in modern industrial . This paper first introduced the characteristics and principle of the ratio of open-loop control system, the ratio of single-loop control system, the ratio of double-loop control system, variable ratio control system. the calculation of the ratio coefficient,and which ratio control system and main materials we shoule choice. Then detailed describe design of the ratio of single-loop control system, the ratio of double-loop control system, variable ratio control system, the setting of the controller parameters, as well as their simulation in Matlab / Simulink. Finally, describe the concept, features, applications and web publishing of the the virtual laboratory on network (the Internet lab).
Through simulation of the ratio control system, we can adjust some complicated PID control more easily ,which can meet the production precision, and reduce controlling costs.
