Methods 86 cases of breast mass treated in this hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects， all patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and the benign and malignant breast mass were observed， the ultrasound image was analyzed， the characteristics of ultrasonography were observed， and the diagnosis rate was obtained. Results Compared with the pathologic diagnosis results， 45 cases of malignant breast mass by ultrasound diagnosis， the coincidence rate was %（45/48）， 38 cases of benign breast mass， the coincidence rate was % （36/38）， the accuracy rate of diagnosis was % （81/86）， the misdiagnosis rate was % （5/86）， there were significant differences in blood flow between benign and malignant breast masses， with statistically significant difference（P）.
