Methods 130 patients in the obstetrics and gynecology department in this hospital from February， 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group and the comprehensive nursing group， with 65 cases in each group. After the operation， the control group adopted routine care， the comprehensive nursing group adopted comprehensive care.
