我国商业银行绩效评价实证研究—基于六家国有商业银行财务指标的实证研究--硕士论文
标体系既要包括财务指标,又应包括非财务指标。整个绩效评价指标体系,是
财务指标与非财务指标的结合、定量指标与定性指标的结合、过去绩效评价与
未来绩效评价预测的结合、内部层面与外部层面的结合、不断发展与相对稳定
的结合。商业银行的绩效评价研究应该着眼于这个大趋势,实现突破性发展。

AbstractSince 2005, accompanied with two biggest state-owned commercial banks, bank
of china and china construction bank, restructuring and preparing to come into
market, the reform of state-owned commercial banks becomes a hot topic. The
purpose of the commercial bank reform is to promote the core competence while
guaranteeing the finance safety, and the core competence needs the performance
evaluation to carry on the reflection. Recently, introducing foreign strategic investors
is another hot issue. China construction bank has introduced Bank America Corp.,
and bank of china is negotiating with Temasek Holdings Pte. LtdBut introducing
the foreign strategic investors is just a means. After the foreign strategic investors
introduce the excellent management experience and corporate governance, an
involuntary problem comes out: How to evaluate the function of the foreign strategic
investors. In a word, it is the performance evaluation. None but accurate and
advanced performance evaluation, we can calculate the income that the foreign
strategic investors bring us and demonstrate whether the foreign experience adapts to
usThe performance is an abstract concept. We need to build up a performance
evaluation index system by selecting some financial and non-financial index. We can
evaluate the performance of commercial banks by making use of this index systemThis index sign system should cover all the aspects of operating and management,
and the selected indexes must be representative. The allocation of the weights of
different indexes should be as reasonable as possible. Moreover, we must find out
key financial indexes in this index system, and we can use more concise indexes to
