重庆大学本科毕业学生毕业设计(论文) 筒体和磁路圈自动化焊接生产的设计 学 生:XXXX 学 号:XXXXXX 指导老师:XXXXX 专 业:材料成型机控制工程 重庆大学材料科学与工程学院 二O一三年六月 Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University Design of Cylinder and magnetic circuit automatic welding production Undergraduate: Supervisor: Major: Material Forming Machine Control Project School of materials science and engineering, Chongqing University June 2013 摘要 目前国内电机筒体和磁路圈自动化焊接生产效率低,产品合格率低。本论文通过收集筒体和磁路圈焊接生产的信息,做一次深入的研究。通过分析研究,完成从筒体和磁路圈焊接方法的选择、工艺参数的设计、工装夹具的设计到焊接接头质量检测。本次论文主要研究筒体和磁路圈焊接及整个过程中出现的问题,通过研究焊接材料,分析材料焊接性,主要是材料碳含量分析,从而选择以其相对应的焊接方法。焊缝深度与板材厚度有关,不同的板厚直接影响到焊接方法的选择及工艺参数的设定。对比不同的焊接方法,选择最适合焊接本产品的方法,在依据母材焊接性分析及焊缝厚度设定适宜的工艺参数及填充材料。本论文研究重点在于产品焊接工装夹具的设计。优良的工装夹具不仅可以保证焊接质量,而且可以提高产品生产的效率。在保证质量的前提下降低生产成本。工装夹具设计包含焊接自动化设备的选择。在保证产品质量的前提下考虑生产效率和成本,设计一套优良的工装夹具和选择合适的自动化焊接设备。然后完成整个工艺流程,填写工艺流程卡。最后检测焊接接头质量,对焊接工艺参数进行相对的调整,完成整个筒体和磁路圈自动化焊接生产的设计。 关键词:筒体和磁路圈,焊接性,工装夹具,检测 ABSTRACT At present the automatic of cylinder and magnetic circuit welding production efficiency is low and Product qualified rate is low. In this paper,it make a in-depth research by collecting automatic welding production information. Through the analysis research,accomplish the choice of welding method,the design of process parameters,the design of the jigs and fixtures to the weld quality inspection. This paper mainly studies cylinder and magnetic circuit welding and the problems appeared in the process. To choose with its corresponding welding method by studying the welding material,analyzing of material weldability and The carbon content of material. Weld depth related to plate thickness, different thickness has direct influence on the choice of welding method and setting of process parameters. For different welding method, choosing the most suitable welding method of the product, in according to the parent metal weldability analysis and welding seam thickness setting appropriate technological parameters and filling materials.
