PAGE  PAGE  本科毕业设计 5KW离网型光伏逆变器的设计 THE DESIGN OF OFF GRID-CONNECTED PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER INVERTER WITH 5KW RATING 学院(部): 电气与信息工程学院 专业班级: 电气 08-5 学生姓名: 指导教师: 年 月 日 5KW离网型光伏逆变器的设计 摘要 太阳能作为一种巨量的可再生能源,每天到达地球表面的辐射能量相当于数以万桶石油燃烧的能量。开发和利用丰富、广阔的太阳能,可以对环境不产生或产生很少污染,太阳能几时近期急需的能源补充,又是未来能源结构的基础,不论是从经济社会走可持续发展之路和保护人类赖以生存的地球生态环境的高度来审视,还是从特殊用途解决现实能源供应问题出发,开发利用太阳能具有重大战略意义。 本课题主要研究的是独立光伏发电系统中的离网型光伏逆变器,对逆变器的电压型单相全桥逆变电路及一次回路二次回路的主要控制芯片进行介绍。并且详细的介绍了下逆变器的各部分的硬件设计,包括一些重要参数的设定。简单的介绍了UC3842及IPM驱动模块。 设计采用DSP处理器TMS320LF2812A设计实现了5kW离网型光伏逆变器,可满足中小功率应用场合的需求。 关键词:太阳能发电,离网型光伏逆变器,最大功率点跟踪,TMS320LF2812A THE DESIGN OF OFF GRID-CONNECTED PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER INVERTER WITH 5KW RATING ABSTRACT Solar energy as a massive amount of the renewable energy, daily radiation reaching the earths surface energy equivalent to tens of thousands of barrels of oil burning energy. Development and utilization of rich, broad solar, can not generate environmental or produce little pollution, solar energy when the recent much-needed energy supplement, is the future energy structure foundation, whether from the economic society and take the road of sustainable development and the protection of human survival of the earth ecological perspective, or from the special purpose to solve the realistic problems of energy supply, solar energy development and utilization is of great strategic significance. The main issue is independent photovoltaic power generation system of off-grid PV inverter, the inverter voltage single-phase full bridge inverter circuit and a two loop circuit of main control chip are introduced. And introduced in detail the inverter under each part of the hardware design, including some important parameters setting. A simple introduction of the UC3842and IPM drive module. The design of DSP processor design and implementation of TMS320F2407 5kW off-grid PV inverter, which can meet the demand of small and medium power application. KEYWARDS
