No.33 炼油厂视频监控系统的设计和实施 徐天竹 （安徽万纬工程管理有限责任公司，安庆 246001） 【摘 要】 本文结合中国石油化工股份有限公司某炼油厂炼化一体化项目视频监控系统，阐述了炼油厂视频监控系统防爆隔 爆、防雷电、矩阵互联等技术。介绍了炼化一体化项目数字式视频监控系统的设计和实施，包括矩阵主机、硬盘录像机、数字 光端机、摄像机、防雷器的选型、安装、测试及验收。结果表明，所选设备满足炼化一体化项目装置区要求，系统性能符合设 计要求，且与装置区扩音对讲系统连接，当发生异常情况时，通过扩音对讲系统实现联动，进行现场应急处理或人员疏散，对 人身安全和装置生产起了很好的监控作用。 【关键词】 炼油厂；数字式；视频监控；设计；实施 【中图分类号】 【文献标识码】 【 】 【文章编号】 X703.1 A DOI 10.3969/j.issn.1672-2396.2013.04.0342013]33-0126-04 Design and Implementation of Video Surveillance System for Refinery XU Tianzhu (Anhui Wanwei Engineering Management Co. Ltd., Anqing 246001, China) Abstract: Combined with video surveillance systems of a refining and petrochemical integrated project in a refinery under China Petroleum Chemical Corporation, the technologies of video surveillance for petroleum and chemical plant were described, including exploding proof, lightning proof, matrix-controller interconnecting. The design and implementation of digital video surveillance system for petrochemical plant were introduced, including the equipment selection, installation, test and acceptance check of the host matrix, digital video recorder, optical transceiver, cameras and lightning proof devices. The results show that the selected equipments have met the requirements of the petroleum and chemical plant and the systems are safe and reliable, responding sensitively and detecting alerts timely, as well as they connect with plant area public address and intercom system to achieve linkage, on-site emergency operating or people evacuating when an accident occurs.
