Step 1 • Banded (Joined) Belt Problems
Describe the problem Tie-band separation
• What is wrong? Top of tie-band frayed, worn or damaged

• How often does it happen? One or more ribs run outside of pulley
• What is the drive application?
• Have the machine operations or output changed?
