年第 期 混凝土与水泥制品 2017 2 2017 No.2 2 月 CHINA CONCRETE AND CEMENT PRODUCTS February 矿物掺合料对自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能及 力学性能影响的试验研究 董健苗,杜亚聪,王亚东,燕元晶,聂 浩 (广西科技大学,柳州 545006 ) 摘 要:采用绝对体积法配制自密实轻骨料混凝土(SCLC ),研究不同矿物掺合料对自密实轻骨料混凝土工作 性能及力学性能的影响。 通过 组配合比设计表明,在单掺情况下,粉煤灰能有效提高拌合物的流动性,但会降低 10 SCLC 的早期和后期抗压强度;硅灰能够明显提高 SCLC 的早期和后期抗压强度,但会降低拌合物的流动性。 综合 流动性和抗压强度的改善效果,复掺粉煤灰和硅灰对配制自密实轻骨料混凝土效果最佳。 关键词: 自密实轻骨料混凝土;工作性能;抗压强度;粉煤灰;硅灰 Abstract: Using the absolute volume method, the influences of different mineral admixtures on the working perfor- mance and the mechanical properties of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete (SCLC) are studied. Through 10 groups of different mix design, the results show that with only one kind of mineral admixtures, the fly ash can improve the liquidity of SCLC, but it will reduce the early and late compressive strength of SCLC. The silica fume can improve the early and late compressive strength of SCLC, but the liquidity of SCLC will be loss. In order to improve the fluidity and strength, the effect of mixing fly ash and silica fume on preparation of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete is the best.
