浅析市政道路维修养护工程中的造价管理问题与解决措施

[摘要]市政道路的维修与养护工作周期长、工作量大，且整个施工是一个持续性的过程，要定期的对市政道路的不同区段进

行维修与养护，因此市政部门需要持续的支出资金。必须重视市政道路维修养护工作的造价管理工作，确保资金的使用效率，

文章结合个人的工作经验，对市政道路养护过程中的造价管理相关问题进行探讨，指出了当前存在的若干问题，并提出了相

关的改进建议与强化管理措施，为今后更好的推进市政道路养护工程造价管理工作提供参考。

Abstract:Themaintenanceandrepairofmunicipalroadshasalongworkingcycle,alargeworkload,andthewholeconstructionisa

continuousprocess.Itisnecessarytoregularlymaintainandrepairdifferentsectionsofmunicipalroads,sothemunicipaldepartments

needcontinuousexpenditurefunds.Itisnecessarytopayattentiontothecostmanagementofmunicipalroadmaintenanceworkto

ensuretheuseefficiencyoffunds.Basedonpersonalworkexperience,thispaperdiscussestherelevantproblemsofcostmanagement

intheprocessofmunicipalroadmaintenance,pointsoutsomeexistingproblems,andputsforwardrelevantimprovementsuggestions

andstrengtheningmanagementmeasures,soastoprovideareferenceforpromotingthepricemanagementofmunicipalroad

maintenanceprojectinthefuture.

引言

在最近的几年时间里，社会快速发展的影响下，使得我国城市市政道路建设工作取得了显著的进步。在所有的市

政道路建造完成之后，都需要进行养护工作，怎样针对市政道路工程实施有效的养护工作是非常关键的。加大力度针

对市政道路维修和养护工作的各个环节实施造价管理工作，可以有效的提升资金的利用效率，尽可能的缩减工程成本，

促使施工单位能够获得更加丰厚的经济收益。鉴于此，这篇文章主要围绕市政道路维修养护工程中的造价管理问题展

开全面的分析研究，希望能够对市政道路维修养护工作的健康稳定发展有所助益。
