烟台南山学院学士毕业论文 II PAGE III 摘 要 挤压技术是指物料经过粉碎、潮湿、混合等一系列预处理后,经过机械作用迫使其通过一专门设计的孔口,以形成一定形状和组织状态的产品。随着工业的不断发展与创新，挤压技术在工业发展中的地位也越来越重要。 在各种挤压方法中，反向挤压方法占有重要的地位，其主要特征是金属流出的方向与挤压轴前进的方向相反，挤压筒与锭坯之间无相对运动。其主要控制的是挤压轴的前进与后退，并使其保持恒定，从而保证产品质量和延长模具寿命。 反向挤压机的特点是低耗高效，成品率高；由于在压制中可采用较大的锭胚，并可连续生产，反向挤压法在现代化生产中得到了广泛应用。 挤压机的控制实质是一种顺序控制。本文给出了挤压的各个步骤，并按步骤编制程序流程图，以传统的继电器与PLC控制系统进行比较， PLC控制器克服了电磁继电器动作时间长、触点抖动多的缺点，可靠性高，执行速度快，欧姆龙CS1系列的PLC控制系统能够较好地实现控制过程。 挤压轴是整个挤压过程的中心，本文以三井25MN反向铝挤压机为例，给出了挤压轴的位置以及整定值。通过送料、挤压、进退、提升、压紧等步骤绘制梯形图，经调试后运行效果良好。 关键词：反向挤压机；欧姆龙PLC；铝型材；顺序控制 Abstract Extrusion technology is the material after crushing, damp, mixed and a series of pretreatment, after a forced the mechanical action through a special design of orifice, in order to form must shape and organization of state products.
