CHINA 100084 关键词： 叶片结构设计，叶片形状设计，结构优先设计方法，结构优良的叶型，竹层积材叶片，设计民主化 Key Words: Blade Structure Design, Blade Aerodynamic Design, Structure-first Design Approach, Good structural shape of blades, Laminated Veneers Bamboo Blade, Design democracy 摘要： 传统的风机叶片设计过程通常包括两个阶段：先进行叶片形状设计，然后是叶片结构设计和材料的选择。这种先后顺序的结果通常是较优的形状设计伴随较难实现的结构设计或较昂贵的材料。而同时优化叶片的形状、结构和材料又通常会导致较大的计算量。 基于对叶片设计和制造过程尤其是对叶片结构设计过程中主导因素的理解，我们提出风力发电机叶片的结构优先的设计方法。在材料选定的基础上，对叶片结构设计结果进行比较分析，以给出“结构优良叶型”的规则，然后采用这些规则进行叶片形状设计以避免较难实现的结构。 我们与剑桥大学和国际竹筒组织合作，致力于将该设计方法应用到生产实践，采用中国的毛竹资源，用较小的形状设计上的折衷换取结构性能的大幅提升，来制造更优性价比的风机叶片。 Abstract: A successful blade design must satisfy a wide range of objectives, some of which are in conflict. The traditional design process can be divided into two stages: the aerodynamic design, then the structural design and material selection. As a result, the priority of the aerodynamics design would lead to a local-optimized airfoil with a bad structure hard to carry out or expensive materials. While optimizing the structure, material and dynamics at the same time would lead to a huge computing. Based on the understanding of the blade design processes and manufacturing process, especially the main factors of the structure design, Structure-first Blade Design Approach is ready. Based on the material selection, after comparing and analyzing the difference between blade structure designs, rules for good structural shape of blades are raised. After that, aerodynamics design is carried out with good structural shapes only so that to avoid hard-to-make blade structures. The collaborative dev
