摘要 ******毕业设计(论文) PAGE IV PAGE I 徐州造纸厂8000m3 摘 要 制浆造纸过程中的许多工艺环节都有废水的产生,这些废水不仅对环境有危害,同时也大大提高了成本。为了解决这些问题,寻求一种合理的治理方法显得尤为重要。 本设计针对徐州造纸厂的情况,按照国家和环保部门的要求,该厂需要对其生产工艺进行改造,同时对其产生的污水进行处理后资源化利用,实现污水的零排放要求。为此,企业需要投资建设一座污水处理和资源化设施。 由资料知纸厂生产过程中产生的废水COD为1800mg/l,BOD为700mg/l,SS为1500mg/l。结合相关资料中造纸废水处理方法及工艺,根据废纸制浆造纸废水特点,以及污水排放标准,本厂废水处理方案确定为微孔筛网过滤-物化预处理-生化法。通过筛网 ,气浮去除大部分的SS,再经水解酸化将废水中难降解的有机物转化成可降解的有机物,之后的接触氧化法结合了活性污泥和生物膜的优点,提高了处理效率。 关键词:造纸废水,处理方法,接触氧化法,零排放 XUZHOU PAPETERIES 8000M ABSTRACT Wastewater is generated in many aspects during the papermaking process . The wastewater is not only hazardous to the environment, but also greatly increased the cost. So, to solve these problems, finding a reasonable method of treatment is especially important. The design is for the case of paper mills in Xuzhou, in accordance with the state and the requirements of environmental protection department .The plant needs to transform its production process, at the same time the sewage generated to carry out their treatment of the use of resources and achieve zero emissions. To this end, enterprises need to invest in the construction of a sewage treatment and resources facilities. Information known by the paper mill, wastewater produced consists COD to 1800 mg/l , BOD to 700 mg/l, SS for 1500 mg/l. Relevant information in the paper combined with wastewater treatment methods and technology, according to the characteristics of the waste paper pulp and paper wastewater, and effluent standards, waste water treatment plant as a microscopic filter screen - physical-chemical pre-treatment - chemical or biological method at last. Through the screen, .most of the SS were removed, then acid hydrolysis of waste water in the refractory organic matter into biodegradable organic matter, followed by the contact oxidation combined with activated sludge and biology of the advantages of increased processing efficiency.
