300MW汽轮发电机是采用水氢氢冷却方式,定子绕组为水冷,转子绕组为氢气内冷,铁芯为氢气外部冷却。在机组的启停和运行的工况下,发电机内的气体置换、 自动维持氢压的稳定以及监测发电机内部气体的压力,均由氢气控制系统中的气体控制站来实现和保证,气体控制站为集装型式。另外,氢气控制系统中还设有氢气干燥器、氢气纯度分析仪、氢气温湿度仪等主要设备以监测和控制机内氢气的纯度、温湿度等指标以确保发电机安全、满发运行。该氢气控制系统是为QK-300型。
The 300MW turbine generator uses the way of water-cooling--- hydrogen-cooling —hydrogen-cooling. The cooling method of the stator winding is water cooling, while that of the rotor winding and the iron core are hydrogen interior cooling and external cooling respectively. When the machine set is turned on, turned off or in operation, the gas control station of the hydrogen control system controls the gas-exchange, monitors the gas pressure inside the generator and regulates the hydrogen pressure automatically. The gas station is of assembled type. In addition, the hydrogen control system is equipped with hydrogen dryer, hydrogen purity analyzer, and detector of humidity and temperature to monitor and control the hydrogen purity, in order to ensure that the generator operates safely and completely. The hydrogen control system is model QK-300.

氢气控制系统设计参数为:

额定氢气压力:0.30MPa(表压)
Rated hydrogen pressure: 0.30MPa (displayed on the meter)
氢气纯度:≥98%正常, ≤95%报警
Hydrogen purity: ≥98%, normal; ≤95%, alarm.
氢气湿度(露点):-5℃~-25℃(氢气压力在0.30MPa时)。
Hydrogen humidity(dew-point): -5℃~-25℃(when the hydrogen pressure is 0.30MPa)
二、发电机气体置换采用中间介质置换法:
The gas replacement method of the generator is medium gas-assistant replacement.
气体置换应在发电机静止、盘车或转速不超过1000r/min的情况下进行。充氢前先
用中间介质(二氧化碳)排除发电机及系统管路内的空气,当中间气体的纯度超过85%(二氧化碳)(容积比,下同)后, 才可充入氢气,排除中间气体,最后置换到氢气状态。这一过程所需的中间气体为发电机和管道容积的2~2.5倍,所需氢气约为发电机和管道容积2.5~3倍。发电机由充氢状态置换到空气状态时,其过程与上述类似,先向发电机引入中间气体排除氢气,使中间气体含量超过95%后, 方可引进空气排除中间
