味精废水处理系统中高效细菌的分离鉴定及其脱氮性能

摘要:利用BTB培养基快速高效地从某昧精厂废水处理系统的活性污泥中筛选出一株高效异养硝化一好氧反硝化细菌
rDNA分子鉴定,认定该菌株是巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus
LH2~3.通过形态观察,生理生化特征测定,Biolog鉴定以及16S
100%去除,对TN的去除率可达
megaterlum).菌株脱氮性能研究表明:在异养硝化过程中,该菌株可将培养液中的NH;一N
98.16%;在好氧反硝化过程中,其对NO;-N的去除率达到97.14%,对TN的去除率达到94.97%.
