常德职业技术学院师资队伍建设实施方案
师资是学校的第一资源,是加快我院发展,提升学院核心竞争力和综合实力的动力之源。为进一步调动教师教育教学和科研工作的积极性,培养和建立一支规模适当、结构合理、素质优良、爱岗敬业,教学改革意识强,科研应用能力强,与学院发展相适应相对稳定的高水平师资队伍;打造学院的办学特色和优势,促进学院的可持续发展,特制定本实施方案。
一、指导思想
根据《国家中长期教育政策和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和《教育部关于加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的意见》精神。学院将贯彻创特色、创品牌的战略思想,遵循“壮大队伍、优化结构、突出重点、强化实践、注重师德、提升水平”的原则,通过培养、引进、外聘高层次人才等途径,紧紧围绕人才培养目标,以学科、专业团队建设为核心,为学院的逐步建立促进教师资源合理配置以及优秀人才健康成长的有效机制,真正建立一支德才兼备、素质优良的师资队伍,为实现我院成为特色鲜明,质量过硬的省内一流职院的发展目标创造条件。
