Abstract with the rapid development of urban rail transit and real estate industry in China, more and more adjacent buildings will be built around the rail transit line. While developing rail transit, the effects of interval tunnels on adjacent buildings and other foundations are inevitable. Sometimes tunnels are not just adjacent buildings but directly under buildings, which will have a great impact on the construction of the tunnel and the normal use of buildings. Therefore, in order to minimize the impact on buildings, it is necessary to study and analyze how to reduce the impact of tunnel excavation on buildings. Based on the analysis and research of the actual construction of the tunnel of the two well - jinsong interval which has been passed from the yong3 to the 16th floor, there is some reference and guidance for similar engineering construction.
