我国发展风险投资中存在的问题与解决思路 摘 要 风险投资对一个国家创新能力的提高及创新经济的发展具有重要的战略意 义。风险投资在中国创造了发展的奇迹。如果没有风险投资，我们日常使用的 新浪、百度等高科技产物将不存在。在推动高新技术的发展和创新经济增长方 式上，风险投资能够发挥不可替代的巨大作用。但风险投资在我国的发展尚处 于相对初级的阶段，还存在一些问题，如资金来源不足、投资主体单一、退出 机制不健全、中介机构服务水平不高、专业人才匮乏、法律法规障碍等问题， 这些问题无疑会影响风险投资的健康发展。因此，只有认识到存在的问题，并 找到相应改进和完善的对策，才能使我国的风险投资健康发展，为我国的经济 发展、科技进步等方面发挥更大的作用。本文参考了借鉴了国内外学者的研究 成果，通过对风险投资的现状和存在的问题进行研究，探讨如何进一步发展和 完善风险投资。 本文共分为四章，第一章绪论主要对论文选题的背景和意义进行了阐述， 相关理论综述部分介绍了国内外的研究现状，说明了本文研究内容、研究方法 及不足。第二章主要介绍了美国和日本风险投资的发展及经验借鉴。第三章分 析了我国风险投资的现状与问题，首先回顾了我国风险投资的发展历程，分析 了我国风险投资行业的现状，进而提出了我国风险投资行业存在的几大问题。 第四章主要针对我国风险投资行业存在的问题提出了改进的对策。 总之，不断完善和发展我国的风险投资，对我国的经济发展、科技进步有 着深远的意义和影响。 主题词：风险投资 发展 对策 1 我国发展风险投资中存在的问题与解决思路 ABSTRACT Venture capital is of high strategic importance for a country’s innovation capacity and innovation-driven economy. China’s development course shows that venture capital can create miracles in China, and without venture capital, Sina and Baidu, websites we use on a daily basis, would not have come into being. That said, venture capital is still at a primary stage in China and there are some problems, including shortage of funds, lack of diversity in investors and trained professionals, legal barriers, and that the launching mechanism is not well-developed and services of intermediaries do not meet high standards yet. These problems will undoubtedly affect the sound development of venture capital in China. We should be fully aware of the existing problems and find the right solutions for improvement.
