摘 要 改革开放30年的风风雨雨推动了中国保险市场的迅速崛起,使其逐步成为国民经济发展最快的行业之一。地处我国北部边陲的内蒙古市场主体的不断增加、市场体系的逐步健全，使得竞争意识逐渐渗透到保险市场主体经营管理的各个方面，极大地激发了保险企业的发展活力。  Abstract Thirty years’ reforming and opening of ups and downs has promoted the rapid rise of Chinas insurance market, making it become one of the fastest growing industry of national economy gradually.Inner Mongolia is located in the northern border of China, and its insurance business may be started relatively late, but it has a large market potential. There are many life insurance companies competing in the market. Many foreign insurance companies which has set up representative offices in Inner Mongolia, are preparing to enter the market. With the increasing number of market principal part and gradually perfecting of market system , making competition consciousness gradually penetrated into all aspects of the insurance market principal parts’ management, which does greatly stimulate the development of the insurance enterprise vitality. With the rapid development of Pingan insurance,which occupying the second large enterprises of the insurance market share in Inner Mongolia at the same time, along with the change of the company internal and external environment, some problems which restrict the development of the company has also gradually revealed. So it is necessary to in-depth analysis the situation facing,In view of the problems existing in the competition and adjust the development strategy, formulating its own development strategy plan and creating the core competencies of the Pingan life insurance of Inner Mongolia.
