辽宁工程技术大学学报 第 26 卷第 4 期 2007 年8 月 Vo1.26 No .4 Joumal of Liaoning Technical University Aug. 2007 文章编号 1008-0562(2007)04-0559-04 10kV 变电站电压无功模糊控制系统设计 鲍雅萍顾桂、英2 (1.安阳工业大学机械工程系,河南安阳 4550∞;2 东北大学秦皇岛分校自动化系,河北秦皇岛 066004) 摘 要:针对变电站传统九区域分区控制方法无视电压与无功糯合的缺点,结合变电站电压无功控制的实践经验,设计了变电站 电压无功模糊控制的控制系统。仿真数据表明,将模糊控制引入电压无功综合控制中,控制系统能够正确的完成对有载调压变压器 分接头的升降和电容器组的投切,并可以避免设备频繁调节和振荡,提高了设备运行寿命。该系统的应用可以大大提高电网的质量。 关键词:电压:无功:模糊控制 中图分类号 TM 714 .4 文献标识码 A Design of voltage and reactive power fuzzy control system for 10k V substation 2 BAO Ya-ping\ GU De_ying (l.Department of Mechanical Engineering, Anyang University of Technology, Anyang 455000,China; 2. Department of Automation , Northeastern University in Qinhuangdao, Qinhuangdao 066004, China) Abstract: Because the nine zone control method for substation did not consider coupling of voltage and reactive power, the control system for substation based on voltage and reactive power fuzzy control was designed. The simulations show that the control system can properly implement lifting and falling of on-load regulation transformer tap and switching of capacitor bank when fuzzy control was used in voltage and reactive power control. This control method can also avoid frequent regulation and oscillation thus raising the lifespan of the equipments. The system application in substation can greatly improve the quality of power networks.
