Xx大学2011届毕业论文（设计） PAGE 6 题目：某公司仓储中心优化设计 【摘要】 随着国内外经济的不断发展，电子商务行业的竞争越来越激烈。电子商务企业逐步认识到物流对电子商务行业迅速发展和在竞争中取胜的重要意义。在世界各地，电子商务企业已普遍将在满足服务水平的前提下降低物流成本作为在竞争中取胜的重要措施，而作为承担着保管、中转货物的仓储中心，优化电子商务企业的仓储中心就成为了实现这一目标的关键性途径。 本文介绍了电子商务行业的一些基本状况，结合电子商务行业的行业特点以及对某公司仓储中心的现状进行分析，力求改善仓储中心的布局、存储策略以及设备配置等方面。通过对仓储中心物流量的分析，运用ABC分类法、系统布置设计（SLP）方法以及模糊综合评价法等方法对对某公司仓储中心进行了重新布置设计，并对新的设计方案进行了评价。这使得某公司仓储中心得到一定的优化，提高了仓储中心的运作效率，为企业增加收益。 关键词：电子商务，仓储中心，布局，存储策略，优化  【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the economy at home and abroad，the competitiveness among the e-commerce industry are more and more heavily. Enterprises begin to realize that the great significance of logistics to the rapid development of the e-business industry enterprises to win in the competition.Around the world, e-commerce enterprises have generally in the premise of satisfied service level in reducing logistics cost as the important measure competition, and, as bearing custody, transshipment goods storage center, improve e-commerce enterprise warehouse centre became achieve this goal key ways. This paper introduces the e-business industry, combining with some basic status of e-commerce industry industry characteristics and KuBa storage center of the situation analysis, focusing on the analysis storage center material flow rate, using ABC classification, system layout design (SLP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the method KuBa technology storage center selvesor afresh, and the new layout design scheme is evaluated. This makes KuBa storage center for certain optimization to improve storage centers operating efficiency, for enterprise increases the income.
