摘 要
本次设计的是天津市宏发综合楼空调系统。针对该综合大楼的功能、特点、气象条件以及空调要求,参考有关文献资料对该大楼的中央空调系统进行系统规划、设计计算和设备选型。首先计算各房间的冷湿负荷;然后选择空调系统,本设计采用风机盘管加独立新风中央空调系统;接着根据冷量和风量来选择合理的新风机组、风机盘管;空调水系统的设计采用同程式;最后对系统的节能、保温、噪音的控制提出了几点建议,并且对大楼空调系统做了初步投资估算。
根据各种计算结果,通过性价比分析,进行了设备选型,确保设备容量、压力、噪声等方面满足要求。本设计力求达到经济、舒适、方便、实用,并尽可能满足节能要求。

Abstract
The design of tianjin City who is the HongFa consolidated floor, air-conditioning systems. Against the building of functional requirements, characteristics, and the weather conditions and air-conditioning requirements, reference to the relevant documentation to the building of the central air-conditioning system for system planning, design calculations and equipment selection. First of all the cold calculation of every room wet load and then select air-conditioning systems, the design of a new wind fan coil and independent central air-conditioning system; then under the cold and wind to choose a reasonable amount of new wind generating units, fan coil; air-conditioning system for water use With the program and finally the system of energy conservation, insulation, noise control made a number of recommendations, and the building air-conditioning system to estimate the initial investment.
According to various results, through cost-effective analysis, a selection of equipment to ensure that the equipment capacity, pressure, noise and other areas to meet demand. The central air-conditioning system design to achieve economic, comfortable, convenient, practical and, where possible, to meet energy requirements.
