【摘要】ObjectiveToexploretheseriesofprospectivenursing

managementinterventionsofsafeuseofvasoactivedrugs,inorderto

insurethesafetyofvasoactivedrugsuse.Methods20nursesand100

patientswereinvestigated,togettheinformationofthatthesatisfaction

degreeofsafeuseofvasoactivedrugsmanagementamongdifferent

groupsofpeopleanddrugadverse,beforeandafterimplementationof

safeuseofvasoactivedrugsproactivecaremanagementinterven-tions,

thesurveyresultswerestatisticallyanalysedbySPSS13.0statistical

software.ResultsSideeffectsweresignificantlyreducedbytheapplication

ofvasoactivedrugs,thesatisfactiondegreeofnursesandpatients

increased,aftertheimplemen-tationofthesafeuseofvasoactivedrugs

prospectivecaremanagementinterventions,whichwerestatistically

significant(P0.05orP0.01).ConclusionProspectivecaremanagement

interventionstohelpnursestoprotectthesafeuseofvasoactivedrugshas

greatlyhelpedtoreducetheuseofvasoactivedrugsinadversereactions,

whileimprovepatientssatis-factionwithmedication.%目的为了保障血管

活性药物的安全使用,探讨血管活性药物安全使用的一系列前瞻性护理管理干预措

施.方法实施血管活性药物安全使用前瞻性的护理管理干预措施前后,分别调查护

士20例,患者100例,了解不同人群对血管活性药物安全使用的满意度、出现的

药物不良反应,将调查结果采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行统计学处理.结果实施

血管活性药物安全使用的前瞻性护理管理干预措施后,应用血管活性药物的不良反

应明显降低,护士、患者满意度均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01).

结论前瞻性护理管理干预措施,对帮助护士在保障血管活性药物安全使用方面有很

大帮助,减少了血管活性药物使用中的不良反应,同时也提高了患者用药的满意度.

血管活性药物是指通过调节血管舒缩状态，改变血管功能和改善微循环血流灌注的

一类药物，包括血管收缩药物和血管扩张药物。如应用不当患者体内的血管活性药

物骤然增多或减少，不但起不到应有的治疗作用，还可导致心率增快，血压升高，

内脏缺血，心律失常，药物外渗局部组织坏死，或者血压下降，休克，甚至死亡
