摘 要
随着石油勘探开发向深部地层和海上发展,钻遇的地层条件日趋复杂,对钻井液处理剂提出了更高的要求。经过多年的发展,聚合物钻井液降滤失剂现的综合性能好、流变性能好和抗温能力好等特点,在油田开发中具有广阔的应用前景
本文根据钻井液降滤失剂对聚合物性能的要求,进行分子结构设计,并选择合适的聚合用单体和引发体系。本文选用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯磺酸钠(AS)和丙烯酸钙,在水溶液中以亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系引发而成的多元共聚物并通过正交实验的设计,找出了最佳单体配比和最佳反应条件单体配比质量分数AM:AA:AS=8:4:1;反应时间4h反应温度60℃值7引发剂加量0.9%单体浓度%。
对合成的多元共聚物钻井液降滤失剂进行基浆性能、抗高温、抗盐、抗钙性能的评价。结果表明,合成的多元共聚物钻井液降滤失剂具有较强的降滤失性能和抗温能力;对于盐水基浆,增加降滤失剂的加量也可以达到降滤失的效果;在钙污染基浆中,降滤失剂有一定的抗钙污染能力。

Along with the petroleum prospecting development to the depth portion stratum and the marine development, drills the formation condition which meets to be day by day complex, to set a higher request to the handling agents of drilling fluid. After many years development, the polymer fluid loss control agent manifests it to the good overall performance of the drilling fluid, has changed the performance good, if he processes the medicinal preparation compatibility good and the anti- warm ability is good and so on the characteristic, had a broad application prospect in the oil-field development.
Based on the drilling fluid loss of the polymer performance requirements, this article has designed molecular structure and selected the appropriate use monomer and polymerization initiator. This article has designed take the acrylic amide(AM), the propylene sulfonic acid sodium (AS) and the acid of propylene calcium, in the watery solution many Yuan copolymer which becomes by the sodium sulfite potassium persulfate oxidation reduction system initiation. And through the orthogonal experiment design, has discovered the best monomer allocated proportion and the best response condition: AM: AA:AS=8:4:1;time 4h;temperature 60℃;pH is 7; initiating agent 0.9%;monomer concentration %.
