深部煤巷顶板综合分类指标确定和冒顶机 理研究 姚志刚1,吴朝阳2 (1. 中国矿业大学矿业工程学院,江苏徐州 221008; 2. 中国矿业大学资源与地球科学学院,江苏徐州 221008) 摘要:为了研究深部煤巷顶板的稳定状况,通过对深部煤巷顶板稳定性影响因素的分析,确 立了深部煤巷顶板稳定性分类的 5 个综合指标,即广义剪应力强度系数、围岩塑性区锚固区 比、煤巷顶板完整性系数、巷道跨度、以及软弱岩层位置系数;在对煤层顶板分类的基础上, 提出了深部煤巷顶板破坏准则,利用此准则研究了煤层顶板受水平应力时的垮冒机理,指出 了在巷道浅部顶板受拉伸破坏后,深部顶板的剪切破坏加速了煤巷顶板的垮冒的规律。 关键词: 深部开采;煤巷;顶板稳定性指标;冒顶机理 中图分类号:TD350 STUDY ON THE ROADWAY ROOF COMPREHENSIVE CLASSIFICATION OF INDICES AND ROOF FALL MECHANISM FOR DEEP COAL MINING YAOZhiGang1, WUChaoYang2 (1. School of Resource and Earth Science, China University of Mining and technology, xuzhou, jiangsu 221008,China) Abstract: In order to study the stability of roadway roof, we established 5 composite indices about the classification of roadway roof in deep coal mining through the analysis of the factors impacted on the roadway roof stability,including generalized shear stress strength coefficient, the ratio of plastic zones and anchorage zones of surrounding rock, coal roadway roof integrity coefficient, the roadway span, and soft rock position coefficients. The roadway roof failure criteria of deep coal roadway was proposed based on the classification of coal roadway roof. The roof spalling mechanism of roadway roof subject to horizontal stress was discussed through the application of the failure criteria. We pointed out the principle that deep roof shear destruction accelerated the roof collapse of coal roadway, after the surface tensile damage of the coal roadway. Key words: deep coal mining; coal roadway; roof stability indices; roof fall mechanism 0 引言 随着我国东部矿区近年逐步进入深部开采,原岩应力与构造应力均不断提高,巷道围岩 变形量大,变形持续时间长,围岩破坏严重,巷道维护困难,维护费用不断增高。能否解决 深部巷道的支护难题,是我国煤炭开采向深部发展和安全开采的关键问题之一 [1] ,然而, 深部巷道顶板的稳定性受到围岩应力(自重应力、构造应力)、围岩力学性质、围岩结构、 巷道断面、以及锚杆支护参数[2~5]等众多因素相互影响、制约,致使经典工程设计方法已经 很难用于深部巷道工程。本文通过对典型深部煤巷顶板稳定性影响因素分析的基础上,确定 了深部煤巷顶板分类的综合指标,研究了深部煤层巷道顶板的冒落机理。 作者简介:姚志刚(1987-),男,硕士,主要从事矿山压力与岩层控制方面研究.
