·738 · ·社会热点问题研究 · 高校大学生亚健康状况的横断面调查研究 王 英 , 陈 清 　　 【摘要 】　目的　了解高校大学生亚健康状态的分布情况及其影响因素 。方法 　采用 自行设计的亚健康调查表 , 2 对广州市某医科大学 1～4 年级医学生进行亚健康横断面流行病学调查 , 并用等级相关 、χ检验以及 Logistic 回归方法 分析与亚健康相关的影响因素 。结果 　665名大学生中 , 亚健康发生率为 62 3% , 亚健康状态发生频率随着年级升高 而增加 ; 亚健康状态在精神感受方面较集中; 亚健康主要危险因素包括年级增加 、学习压力加大 、缺乏身体锻炼 、学 习兴趣不高、就业态度不乐观 、在校表现不满意、父母亲身体欠佳等 。亚健康状态的保护因素为学习压力减小 。学习 环境变差成为亚健康状态的保护因素 。结论 　大学生的健康状况不容乐观 , 学校 、教师 、家庭以及全社会应针对学生 亚健康状况 , 采取积极的预防干预措施 。 　　 【关键词 】　大学生 ; 亚健康 ; 危险因素 ; Logistic 回归分析 　　 【中图分类号 】　R 1813+ 7　　 【文献标识码 】　A A Cro ss - sectiona l Study on Sub - hea lth of Studen ts in a Un iver sity in Guangzhou　WAN G Ying, CH EN Q ing.
