综合性护理应用于外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后患者护理中的效果探讨 　　摘要：目的 探讨综合性护理应用于外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后患者护理中的效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月～2016年3月外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损60例患者为研究对象，按照护理方法分为两组，护理组和对照组，每组各30例。护理组采用综合护理方法，对照组采用常?护理方法，观察对比两组的护理满意度。结果 护理组的满意度为92.47%，对照组的满意度为73.28%，护理组的满意程度明显比对照组高（P0.05）。结论 综合护理综合性护理应用于外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后患者护理中的效果良好，具有临床推广意义。 　　关键词：综合性护理；外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损；护理效果 　　Effect of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Traumatic Epidural Hematoma Complicated with Skull Defects 　　ZHANG Yun-xia 　　（Guanghan Peoples Hospital， Guanghan 618300， Sichuan ，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of postoperative comprehensive care for patients with traumatic epidural hematoma complicated with skull defects. Methods 60 patients with traumatic epidural hematoma complicated with skull defects admitted to our hospital between March 2014 and March 2016 were selected as the research object， and were， according to nursing methods given， divided into a nursing group and a control group， with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the nursing group were treated with comprehensive nursing， whereas those in the control group received routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Satisfaction in the nursing group was 92.47%， significantly higher than the 73.28% in the control group （P0.05）.
