汽车白车身车门焊装工艺及偏差分析研究 摘要 车门是由若干形状复杂的车门薄板件在车门装配线上经过焊接、涂胶、包 边等工艺装配而成 ，其中生产工艺方法、设备水平、装配偏差等各种因素都会 对车门质量产生影响。由于车门板件柔性易变形的特点，其焊装工艺设计较为 复杂。另外 ，国内在车门焊装偏差分析的研究较少，缺少可以借鉴的理论和资 料 。 目的是对车门焊装技术及偏差分析进行研究， 本课题在上述背景下开展的， 结合工程实际分析了主要的焊接工艺及技术，并结合有关理论研究有效的车门 偏差分析方法。 本文结合汽车白车身车门产品结构及工艺流程 ，重点分析焊接工艺在车门 通过分析 装配中的应用，研究了不同焊接工艺的工艺性及对车门质量的影响； 车门焊装流程，研究车门焊装线关键设备的系统构成和技术要求，并通过实例 提出了车门焊装线设计的一般方法；与此同时，系统分析车门焊装偏差的各种 影响因素 ，并结合工程实例加以分析；通过三维建模与仿真技术分析零件初始 偏差、夹具定位偏差在焊装过程中对车门装配尺寸偏差的影响，确定了输入偏 差与输出偏差之间的线性关系，从而构建基于有限元和敏感系数法的车门焊装 偏差分析模型，并将该建模方法应用于车门外板焊装偏差分析。 焊装偏差分析 ； ; 车门 焊装工艺 关键词： Research on Welding Processes and Deviation of Doors of Body in White ABSTRACT Vehicle doors are assembled by panels with complicated shaped surfaces, through welding, gluing, hemming, etc. The quality of vehicle doors are dependent on processes, equipment assembly deviations, and so on.
