无保护助产护理对自然分娩影响研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨无保护助产护理对自然分娩的影响。方法 选取2015年2月1日～12月20日我院收治的自然分娩产妇120例，随机分为两组，各60例。对照组产妇实施常规助产护理，观察组产妇实施无保护助产护理，比较两组产妇新生儿窒息、产后尿潴留、产后出血率、会阴撕裂?l生率、会阴侧切发生率。结果 观察组产妇新生儿窒息、产后尿潴留、产后出血率、会阴撕裂、会阴侧切发生率（3.33%、1.67%、5.00%、8.33%、6.67%）低于对照组（16.67%、11.67%、18.30%、23.33%、25.00%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 通过对自然分娩患者实施无保护助产护理，不仅能有效减少新生儿窒息、产后尿潴留、产后出血率，还能降低会阴撕裂发生率、会阴侧切发生率，保障母婴安全。 　　[关键词]无保护助产护理；自然分娩；影响 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（c）-0191-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of unprotected midwifery nursing on natural childbirth.Methods 120 cases of natural childbirth puerperas in our hospital from February 1st 2015 until December 20th 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine help nursing，while patients in the observation group were given unprotected midwifery nursing，the incidence of neonatal asphyxia，postpartum urinary retention，postpartum hemorrhage perineal tear and perineal incision were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia，postpartum urinary retention，postpartum hemorrhage perineal tear and perineal incision （3.33%，1.67%，5.00%，8.33%，6.67%） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （16.67%，11.67%，18.30%，23.33%，25.00%），the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It is not only effective to reduce neonatal asphyxia，postpartum urinary retention， postpartum hemorrhage rate，but also reduce the incidence of perineal tear，the incidence of perineal incision，and ensure the safety of mother and child. 　　[Key words]Unprotected midwifery nursing；Natural childbirth；Efficacy 　　近年来，产妇在选择分娩方式的过程中，自然分娩受到关注，自然分娩为临床主要推荐的分娩方式，随着人们健康知识普及以及文化水平提高，选择自然分娩的产妇越来越多，但是在进行自然分娩过程中会阴撕裂和会阴侧切为常见的损伤，也是多数妊娠妇女对自然分娩恐惧的主要来源，在常规助产过程中，为了避免产妇会阴严重撕裂，常实施会阴侧切，造成多数产妇会阴永久瘢痕和疼痛，而在产妇分娩过程中实施一项新型的护理模式十分重要，能促进自然分娩，减轻产妇会阴损伤[1-2]。因此，我院对无保护助产护理对自然分娩的影响进行研究，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资
