污水管网及污水处理厂说明书毕业设计.doc

摘 要 滨城排水管网及污水处理厂设计主要包括两个部分，分别是城区污水管网和污水处理厂的设计。城区人口密度为 160人/公顷，排水量标准为140L/人/天。污水管网根据就近排放，地势由高到低的原则进行布置，主干管垂直河边东西铺设。干管共有4条，南北流向，与主干管垂直铺设。污水处理厂设计规模约为 6.69万 m3/d，为中型污水处理厂，出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级 A 标准。在查阅了相关设计资料后，采用两组粗格栅，经提升泵房后通过两组细格栅，然后流入两组平流沉砂池，由于二级处理主体工艺采用厌氧池和卡鲁塞尔氧化沟脱氮除磷工艺，所以不设初沉池，二沉池为四组辐流式沉淀池，还要采用三级深度处理工艺，采用V型滤池和接触消毒池，污泥处理工艺为直接脱水处理。 关键词：污水管网；污水处理厂；平流沉砂池；辐流沉淀池；氧化沟 ；脱氮除磷 ABSTRACT Bin City sewer network and wastewater treatment plant design consists of two parts,they are the urban sewage pipe network and sewage treatment plant design.Urban population density is 160 people / hectare, displacement standard 140L / person / day.According to nearby sewer network discharge principle be arranged from high to low-lying trunk tube down the river along the street (river) laying.A total of eleven dry pipe, flows from north to south, with the main vertical laying pipe.Because Lotus River tributary river, on the south side street not far from the One has a nearly parallel with the main pipe main pipe.Sewage treatment plant design capacity of approximately 66900 m3 / d, for medium sewage treatment plants.Water quality requirements to achieve urban sewage treatment plant emission standards (GB18918-2002) A standard.In access to relevant design information, the use two coarse grid, after pumping station by four fine grid,then into two cyclone grit chamber, since the secondary treatment process using anaerobic pond and the main Oxidation Ditch nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, so no primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank into four groups by radial flow sedimentation pool, but also uses three advanced treatment process, using V-filter and ultraviolet disinfection, sludge treatment process for the direct dehydration treatment.
