【摘要】目的：分析亲水性软性角膜接触镜用于治疗大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎的临床效果。方法：实验数据样本选取我院于2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的120例大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎患者,并按照随机的原则等分成两组进行对比实验（实验组和对照组），实验组和对照组患者均为60例。对照组选用传统的药物治疗方式，实验组则在对照组的药物治疗基础上佩戴亲水性软性角膜接触镜进行治疗。在治疗1周后，对临床症状的缓解和角膜上皮创面的愈合状况进行两组间比较。结果：临床症状完全缓解比率方面实验组显著优于对照组，存在差异，具有统计意义学（P＜0.05）；对比治疗1周后的角膜上皮愈合情况，丝状角膜炎实验组状况好于对照组，存在差异，具有统计意义学（P＜0.05）。结论：选用亲水性软性角膜接触镜对大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎进行治疗，能够及早缓解临床症状，减轻患者的苦楚，还能有效促进丝状角膜炎患者角膜上皮的恢复，值得在临床上推广运用。Objective:toanalyzetheclinicaleffectofhydrophilicsoftcontactlensinthetreatmentofbullouskeratopathyandfilamentouskeratitis.Methods:120patientswithbullouskeratopathyandfilamentouskeratitistreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toJanuary2019wereselectedandrandomlypidedintotwogroups(experimentalgroupandcontrolgroup).Therewere60patientsintheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithtraditionaldrugtherapy,whiletheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithhydrophilicsoftcornealcontactlensonthebasisofdrugtreatmentinthecontrolgroup.Afteraweekoftreatment,theclinicalsymptomsremissionandthehealingofcornealepithelialwoundwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:thecompleteremissionrateofclinicalsymptomsintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05),andthecornealepithelialhealingintheexperimentalgroupwithfilamentouskeratitiswasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Conclusion:thetreatmentofbullouskeratopathyandfilamentouskeratitiswithhydrophilicsoftcontactlenscanrelievetheclinicalsymptomsandrelievethesufferingofthepatientsassoonaspossible,andcanalsoeffectivelypromotetherecoveryofcornealepithelialcellsinpatientswithfilamentouskeratitis.Itshouldbepopularizedandappliedinclinic.[keywords
