摘 要
论文结合实际罐区监控系统改造工程,对现场总线技术进行研究,通过多种控制系统的综合比较,选择西门子公司S7-200 PLC作为下位机,以远程分布式I/O为基础,实现对储油罐区各个阀门的远程控制,同时完成对储油罐区的液位,温度等参数的监控,并使用编程软件 Step7 MicroWIN 以及组态软件组态王6.55完成软件设计。实现了罐区的实时监测、远程控制、报表打印等功能。

Abstract
Oil storage tank area monitoring system is a basic part of the petrochemical industry, with the continuous development of the petrochemical industry, the requirements for tank monitoring system is also increasing. The traditional method can not meet the requirements for the measurement of high-precision, high security of the tank area. Therefore, the design and development of a set of typical, open, high reliability Tank Monitoring System to promote the safety of the tank area, efficient production is very meaningful.
