上海 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 基于视频的停车场监测方法的研究 摘 要 经济的飞速发展带动了国内汽车保有量的直线上升,停车难的问 题变应运而生。解决这个问题有两种方法,一方面建立大型的停车场, 另一方面构建智能化的停车场管理软件。 本文首先分析了停车场停车难问题的出现,结合国内外的研究方 法,基于视频的停车场车位监控系统;然后对该系统的各个模块做了 详尽的分析。通过分析当前车位检测的方法,在此基础上提出基于图 像纹理信息的的检测方法;然后利用 OpenCV 对这种车位的视频监测 方法进行模拟仿真;最后根据实际的需要,这上面模拟仿真的基础上 建立该车位的管理系统软件。 本文提出以车位检测为核心的停车场系统,利用基于纹理的视频 监测技术对车位实施检测,并构筑停车场管理系统软件对车位信息实 施管理。它能够有效的管理停车场的众多车位,提高停车场的智能化 水平。 关键词:停车场 车位检测 纹理信息 控制管理 V - RESEARCH ON PARKING LOT DETECTION BASED ON VISION Abstract The rapid development of economy promotes the amount of auto car. But that causes a problem: the difficulty of parking. To solve this, one side the good-sized and three-dimensional parking lot appears. On the other side all kinds of Parking Lot Management System are studied and in use. First , this paper analyzes the cause of parking problem now. Combining with research situation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the Parking Lot Management System, which is based on Parking Zone Detective. By the analysis of the current parking space detection method,this paper puts forward the the Parking Lot detection based on image texture information. Then carries on the simulation by OpenCV, and establish the management system software at last. The paper advances the system which is based on the parking lot- detective, takes the Ethernet as the transmission protocol and manages the parking lot with a database. This system could take charge of the good-sized parking lot effectively and make the car much safer.
