设计总说明 本次毕业设计的设计题目为某集团科研办公楼工程，包括建筑、结构和施工三部分的设计，建筑面积5373m2，层数为六层层，总高度21.6m。结构形式采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，承重体系为横向承重，隔墙用普通砖填充墙。 建筑平面设计中充分考虑了办公建筑的功能分区及各种功能房间之间的联系，房间的布置备尽量满足其功能的需要；立面设计充分体现了建筑物的现代风格。 在结构设计中，依照8度设防烈度进行抗震设计，用底部剪力法计算水平地震作用，用弯矩二次分配法计算结构在竖向荷载作用下的内力，用《建筑抗震设计规范》规定的方法进行内力组合，求一榀框架的内力设计值并配筋。基础采用横向条形基础，对基础进行了受力和配筋计算。同时，本设计采用PKPM软件进行电算，以保证计算结果的可靠性，并达到同手算结果对比、分析的目的。 在施工组织设计中，根据工程特点，对各分部分项工程施工方法，进行了施工部署，并确定了主要项目的施工方法。对主体工程组织分段流水施工，并绘制了施工进度计划的横道图和施工平面布置图。 关键词：防火分区， 框架结构，抗震设计，荷载计算，内力计算，计算配筋,横道图 Generel statement for design The title of this graduation design is SYNDICATE OFFICE BUILDING of XIANYANG XINYUAN, including the design of architecture , construction organization and structure .The total architectural area of this building，which is fivefloor, is 5373m2, and the height is 21.6m. The structure system is frame structure of concrete cast in site, using lateral frame to carry the loads. the partition wall is made of fired common brick． During the design of the architectural plan, the functional zoning partition and the connection between different zoning are taken into special consideration, and the layout of the rooms is elaborately designed to satisfy its functional requirement．On the use of lateral strip foundation design, foundation for the force and reinforcement calculation. The elevation of this building is schemed to take on a modernistic look. The seismic degree for design is 8°.In the structural design， the bottom shear method is used to calculate the action of horizontal seismic, and the moment quadratic distribution method is used to calculate the internal force of the structure under vertical loads．After all this work has been done, the method provided by the code for the design of anti－seismic structure is used to combine the inertial force and calculate the reinforcement of one lateral frame．At the same time, we used the software PKPM to ensure the reliability of results, and achieve the purpose of analysis, contrast the result which was calculated by hand.
