2010 年 第6 期 广 东 化 工 第37 卷 总第206 期 · 55 · 高温煤焦油加氢生产燃料油的工艺调整 李毓良,杨国祥 (七台河宝泰隆煤化工股份有限公司,黑龙江 七台河 154600) [摘 要]高温煤焦油加氢生产燃料油的条件苛刻,工艺复杂,操作难度大。文章介绍了黑龙江省七台河宝泰隆煤化工有限责任公司通过调整 生产工艺路线,增加部分未转化油入加氢精制,降低加氢精制的操作难度,提高加氢裂化的稳定性,达到降低加氢精制和加氢裂化在生产工程 中相互制约和相互影响的目的,使整套装置的安全性和稳定性得到提高。 [关键词]加氢;未转化油;工艺 [中图分类号]TQ [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1007-1865(2010)06-0055-02 Process Adjustment of Producing Fuel by Hydrogenation on High Temperature Distillated Coal tar Li Yuliang, Yang Guoxiang (Bao Tai Long Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., Qitaihe 154600, China) Abstract: It needs much harsh conditions to produce fuel oil by hydrogenating on high-temperature coal tar oil because of its complexity process and difficult operation. The article presented an adjusting production technology line by adding part of unconverted oil into hydrofining reactor which had been practiced in Bao Tai Long Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. located in Qitaihe city of Heilongjiang province. The adjusting step can decrease the difficulty of hydrofining operation, and improve the stability of hydrocracking process, so that it can reduce the effect of mutual restriction and interaction between hydrofining process and hydrocracking process, the security and stability of the entire device was improved greatly.
