基于PLC废纸打包机控制系统 摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高和现代工业的迅速发展，国家对可持续发展道路的战略方针的重视，再加上目前能源紧缺，环境污染，严重的威胁到了人类。随着利用先进的自动化技术，人机界面技术和通讯技术，设计高性能，高节能，操作简易，维护方便，流程简单的废纸打包机成为未来趋势，所以用PLC进行对系统进行控制是发展趋势。 本论文基于全自动废纸打包机的原理，提出了PLC控制方案。通过对废纸打包机工作过程的分析，设计出了符合工作要求的梯形图程序，实现了PLC对废纸打包机工作过程的控制。本论文设计的系统具有操作简单，运动平稳性高、工作可靠的优点。 关键字：PLC 打包机 液压系统 ABSTRACT As peoples living standards improve and the rapid development of modern industry, the state of the road of sustainable development strategic policy attention, coupled with the current energy shortage, environmental pollution, a serious threat to the human race.With the use of advanced automation technology, human-machine interface and communication technologies, designing high-performance, high-energy, simple operation, easy maintenance, simple process of waste paper baler become the future trend, so with the PLC to control the system is developed trends.
