摘 要
在我国,煤炭业绝大多数是井下开采,瓦斯爆炸是煤矿重大灾害事故之一,为了确保矿井的生产安全,国内已开发出很多种类型的瓦斯检测仪,但传统的瓦斯检测仪都普遍存在着体积较大、安装复杂的缺点。因此开发研制便携式智能瓦斯检测仪对促进煤炭行业的安全生产具有重要的意义。
本文主要论述了一种便携式瓦斯检测仪的工作原理,并给出了系统硬件原理电路设计与软件系统流程。该系统主要由电源模块、催化燃烧式气体传感器模块、单片机控制模块、键盘、LED显示器和声光报警模块等部分构成。该装置将单片机的适时控制及数据处理功能与传感技术相结合,不仅可精确检测井下空气中的瓦斯浓度,还能根据瓦斯浓度的大小及时发出声光报警信号,而且可通过LED显示装置显示出瓦斯的浓度。

Abstract
In China, the vast majority of underground coal mining industry, coal mine gas explosion is one of major disasters, in order to ensure mine safety, the domestic has developed many types of gas detector, but all the traditional common a larger, installation of complex defects. Therefore developed a portable gas detector intelligent coal industry to promote safety is of great significance.
This paper discusses a portable gas detector works, and gives the principle of circuit design hardware and software system processes. The system mainly consists of power supply module, catalytic combustion gas sensor module, microprocessor control module, keyboard, LED display and sound and light alarm module parts. The device will be single chip control and timely data processing combined with sensor technology can not only accurately detect the concentration of gas underground in the air, but also according to the size of the gas concentration in time audible and visual alarm signals, and can be displayed through the LED display device the gas concentration.
