东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号: 水稻工厂化育秧流水线的振动式排种器设计 学生姓名: 指导教师: 所在院系:工程学院 所学专业:农业机械化及其自动化 研究方向:机械设计 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国?哈尔滨 2015年6月 NEAU Bachelor Degree Dissertation Student id: Design of Vibration Seeder for Rice Seedling Factory Nurseing Candidate: Instructor: Institute: College of Engineering Major: Agricultural Mechanization and automation Research Interests: Mechanical design Northeast Agriculture University Harbin, China June 2015 摘 要 水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一,人工播种育秧劳动强度大,而目前水稻播种器在作业时存在伤种,因此急需研制一种新原理、新结构的排种器进行设计。 结合水稻机械化种植的农艺要求,在分析国内外水稻秧盘育秧播种流水线特点的基础上,着重从精量取种、准确播种等关键技术方面进行了深入研究。采用振动原理,研制了一种振动式精密播种装置,用于水稻工厂化育秧,实现播种的精确控制;通过关键技术的研究与应用,设计了一种适应于水稻秧盘育秧精密播种的振动式水稻秧盘育秧精密排种器。具体结果如下:首先,介绍了水稻工厂化育秧播种流水线的组成和工作原理,进而确定了振动式排种器的总体结构;采用机械式定量供种装置,即勺式排种器,将种子实时定量的供应给振动式排种盘,完成了对该核心工作部件的二维结构设计;以水稻育秧盘为工作对象,采用气动振动器驱动,为了适应不同秧盘的育秧播种,完成了不同数量V形槽板数的振动排种盘的二维结构设计;应用CATIA软件,建立了勺式定量供种装置和振动排种盘的三维零件建模,并将其装配在一起;该排种器利用勺式排种器将种子从种箱中播出,种子落于筛分板上,经振动筛分、除杂后,流入到与其安装为一体的V形槽板上,种子流沿V形槽板有序排队,最后经出口播出。实现了水稻机械化秧盘育秧的播种作业过程,可以装配流水线上,实现水稻工厂化育秧。 关键词:水稻育秧;流水线勺式振动式 Design of Vibration Seeder for Rice Seedling Factory Nurseing Abstract Rice is one of the main grain crops in China, artificial seeding high labor intensity, and the current rice seeder in operation exist damage. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to develop a new principle, new structure of the metering device was designed.
