汽车后杠侧板注塑成型CAE 摘 要 随着计算机技术的高速发展,以及注塑模CAE技术的日趋成熟,传统的注塑模具设计方法已无法适应产品更新换代和提高质量的要求。注塑模具CAE技术可在模具制造之前,预测设计中潜在的缺陷,突破了在传统的注塑机上的反复试模、修模的束缚。同传统的模具设计相比,CAE技术在提高生产率、保证模具设计和产品质量,降低成本、减轻劳动强度,起到了不可估量的作用。 本文应用Moldflow/MPI注塑分析软件,针对汽车后杠侧板的整个注塑成型过程进行注塑参数预分析,确定了制件成型的参数。并在此基础上进行了流变、冷却和翘曲的模拟分析,模拟熔融体在型腔中的填充、保压、冷却情况,准确预测了制件成型过程中的应力分布、收缩和翘曲变形等情况,通过分析结果确定了最佳的成型方案。最后对所选择的较好的成型方案做了进一步优化分析,对塑料模具的注塑工艺参数,包括模具温度、熔体温度等进行优化,从而得到优化最佳的成型方案,以最低的生产成本、最高的生产效率使制件达到最佳的注塑效果。 关键词 注塑模具;CAE;成型过程 The injection mould CAE of the rear curb plate plastic parts of the car Abstract With the computer technology highly developing and the expanding utilization of computer aided engineering (CAE) of injection molds,the traditional design of the moulds can’t adapt the rapid development of the plastic industry, which demands better and better quality of the injection moulds. The injection mould CAE can analyze and simulate the molding process in computer and forecast the disadvantages of the design before the injection moulds are made. This simplifies the conventional means of testing moulds repeatedly and repairing moulds on the injecting molding machine. Compared with the traditional design way of the injection moulds, CAE can increase the productivity, get good quality of moulds and parts, reduce cost and lessen labor intensity, and it will play a tremendous role in plastic industry. This paper uses Moldflow/MPI to analyze the mould of the plastic part of the cars, including pre-analyzing the molding process and choosing the molding parameters, doing flow analysis, cooling analysis and warp analysis of three molding scheme, simulating how the plastic polymer filling, packing and cooling in the mould and forecasting the stress distributing, volumetric shrinkage and warp etc, then choose the best molding design, at last, optimize bestmolding design including the molding parameters such as moldtemperature, melt temperature etc in order to get the best injection molding part with the lowest cost and the highest productivit
