现场环境温度采集与高速无线传输系统设计与实现
摘 要
温度反映物体的冷热程度是一个重要的物理量,它是国际单位制(SI)7个基本物理量之一,也是工业生产过程中的主要工艺参数之一。物体的许多性质和现象都与温度有关,很多重要的过程只有在一定的温度范围内才能有效地进行。因此,对温度进行准确的测量和可靠的控制在工业生产和科学研究中具有重要意义。随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,小型、灵敏的温度测量系统在现代生活中,尤其是在智能温室大棚和智能办公大厦中有着广阔的应用前景。在工农业生产、气象、环保、国防、科研、航天等部门经常需要对环境温度进行测量及控制。准确测量温度对生物制药、食品加工、造纸等行业更是至关重要的。由此可见,研究新的温度测量方法和装置具有重要的意义。
本文主要介绍了基于数字式温度传感器DS18B20和无线收发芯片nRF905的短距离无线点对点温度测量系统方案的设计思想和实现方法。用STC89C52RC单片机作为控制单元,温度传感器DS18B20作为检测器件,无线收发芯片nRF905作为传输器件构成了一个完整的温度无线测量系统。本系统主要有三大部分组成:温度采集部分,无线传输部分以及可视化编程实现的远程监控部分。
本文详细论证了实现温度数据采集与无线传输方案的设计思路及系统的总体架构,然后详尽地阐述了系统的硬件电路结构和完成各项功能相关的软件设计。

Abstract
Temperature reflects the degree of hotness or coldness of objects is an important physical quantities, it is the international system of units (SI) seven basic parameters, and also one of industrial production process of one of the main process parameters. Many properties and phenomena of objects are related to temperature, many important processes can be effectively carried out only under certain temperature range. Therefore, the temperature measured accurately and reliable control is of great significance in industrial production and scientific research. With the development of society and the improvement of living standards, the small and sensitive temperature measurement system in modern life,especially in intelligent greenhouse shed and intelligent office building has wide application prospects.In the industrial and agricultural production, weather, environmental protection, national defense, scientific research, aerospace and other sectors often need to measure and control temperature.Accurate measurement temperature on biological pharmacy, food processing, papermaking is essential. Therefore, study new temperature measuring method and device has the vital significance.
