Al-SBA-15介孔材料的合成、表征及催化性能研究的中期报告 摘要: 介孔材料Al-SBA-15是一种新型的高性能催化剂载体,具有大的比表面积、良好的介孔结构和可调节的酸碱性等优点。本研究通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了Al-SBA-15材料,采用X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附等方法对其结构和孔径进行了表征,并考察了其在甲醇转化反应中的催化性能。 结果表明,合成的Al-SBA-15材料具有均匀的介孔结构,孔径为3.5 nm,比表面积为800 m2/g,并且存在着Al-O-Si键及酸性位点。在甲醇转化反应中,经过与SiO2和Al2O3催化剂的比较,发现Al-SBA-15催化剂表现出更高的催化活性和选择性,同时催化剂的稳定性也得到了很好的保证。本研究为Al-SBA-15的合成、表征及催化性能提供了一定的参考意义。 关键词:介孔材料;Al-SBA-15;溶胶-凝胶法;催化剂载体;甲醇转化 Abstract: The mesoporous material Al-SBA-15 is a novel and high-performance catalyst support, which has advantages of large surface area, well-defined mesoporous structure and adjustable acidity/basicity. In this study, Al-SBA-15 material was synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, nitrogen adsorption/desorption measurements, etc. The catalytic performance of Al-SBA-15 in methanol conversion reaction was also investigated. The results showed that the synthesized Al-SBA-15 material had uniform mesoporous structure with pore size of 3.5 nm and a specific surface area of 800 m2/g, and contained Al-O-Si bonds and acidic sites. Compared with SiO2 and Al2O3 catalysts, Al-SBA-15 catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity and selectivity in methanol conversion reaction, as well as good stability. This study provided some reference for the synthesis, characterization and catalytic properties of Al-SBA-15.
