沈阳工程学院毕业设计(论文) 基于FR-S540通用变频器的两翼自动旋转门控制系统设计 PAGE IV 15 - 摘要 两翼自动旋转门作为自动门中的顶级产品,旋转门给人以亲切大方的感觉,同时营造出奢华的气氛,堪称建筑物的点睛之笔。 该论文主要论述了两翼自动旋转门的设计过程,主要论述两翼旋转门的控制系统的设计,通过变频器来调节门体速度,并分析了该控制系统的工作原理及系统的硬件组成,分析了人体感应探测、两翼旋转门运行位置检测、门运行障碍检测等控制电路的工作过程,对PLC的选型、变频器的选型、I/O点的确定及两翼旋转门的动作过程等方面进行了详细阐述。结合PLC的运行特点,对控制系统的工作流程作了合理的优化。在此基础上,给出了控制系统软件设计的外部端子接线图及PLC控制梯形图等。本设计介绍应用可编程控制器取代传统的继电器、接触器控制系统,实现两翼旋转门控制的过程。 关键词: 两翼自动旋转门,可编程控制器,变频器 Abstract Two wings automatic revolving door is leading products, the revolving door giving others a warm feeling generous, but also create an atmosphere of luxury, is the punchline buildings. This paper mainly discusses the design process of two wings automatic revolving door, the design focuses on the revolving door control system, through the inverter to adjust speed of the door body, and analyzes the working principle and system of the control system hardware composition, analysis of the human induction probe, revolving door operation position detection, detection of door operation obstacles work process control circuit, selection of PLC, transducer selection, I\/O point determination and revolving door movement process in aspects of the detail. According to the operating characteristics of PLC, the control system were reasonable workflow optimization. On this basis, function flow chart of the program,external control terminal wiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram is given. This design introduces the application of programmable controller to replace the traditional relay, contactor control system, the realization process of revolving door control.
