电机作为运动控制系统中的关键部分,在工农业生产中应用十分广泛。本文
针对工厂电力拖动系统的升级改造,提出了使用变频器和?PLC?组建交流调速系
统,解决交流电机调速性能差及其控制方式复杂的问题。
本文主要内容如下,硬件方面选择罗克韦尔?PLC?作为控制器,变频器作为执
行机构,异步电机作为控制对象,测速发电机作为检测机构,在罗克韦尔以太网
和控制网平台上搭建控制回路;软件方面运用罗克韦尔?Rslinx?软件建立通信通
道,运用?RSnetWorx?软件进行网络规划,运用?Rslogix5000?软件进行编程,并加
入?PID?控制、模糊控制、模糊?PID?控制算法,运用力控组建监控画面。最终完成
数据实时采集、控制量实时输出和控制过程的实时监控,以及三种控制算法动态
性能和稳态性能的比较,达到使系统响应快速、控制精确的目的。
实验结果表明,PID?控制使系统具有很高的稳态精度,但动态性能较差;模
糊控制使系统具有良好的动态响应,但稳态精度很差;模糊?PID?使系统具有良好
的动态响应和很高的稳态精度。由此可知,控制算法的改进大大提高了系统性能。
所以?PLC?交流调速系统可以广泛应用于工业现场,实现电机的高效控制。
