1工程概况
蚌福特大桥跨工业大道(40m+64m+40m)连续梁位于30#~33#墩缓和曲线段,全长145.5m(含两侧梁端至边支座中心各0.75m);桥墩基础采用钻孔灌注桩基础,圆端形墩柱。连续梁共分五大部分浇筑:A0、A1段为墩顶梁段,长15m;A2~A7段及A2′~A7′段为由A1段两侧对称分段悬浇部分,A9段为边孔支墩处在满堂支架上现浇部分,长7.75m,A8段为边孔合拢梁段,长2.0m,A8′段为主梁在跨中合拢部分,长2.0m。
本连续梁位于平面缓和曲线上,将按照平曲线要素对梁体进行平面布设;且位于竖曲线上,将按照竖曲线直作对梁体进行竖向布设。采用三角挂篮分段悬臂浇筑施工。在墩身施工完毕至墩顶后,先在主墩31#、32#搭建支架并灌注临时支座,根据《(40+64+40)m连续梁 图号:通桥(2008)2368A-Ⅲ》,零号块梁长为9m,为了给挂篮留有足够的拼装场地,在支架上分别灌注0号块和1、1’号块,并张拉和锚固纵向预应力束、横向及竖向预应力筋。将0号块与31#、32#墩身临时固结。而后对称向两侧顺序灌注2~7、2’~7’号梁段,形成2个T构,每完成一个梁段后,对其纵向预应力束、横向及竖向预应力筋进行张拉和锚固。在剩余二到三段梁体未浇筑时,分别在30#、和33#边跨现浇支架上浇筑边跨现浇段9号梁段。待仅剩合拢段未施工时,拆除挂篮,安装临时刚性连接构造,先现浇两边跨合拢段8号梁段,完成后,张拉并锚固纵向预应力束、横向及竖向预应力筋,拆除临时固结,落梁。接着拆除边孔支架。随后安装中跨跨中临时刚性连接构造,用悬吊支架现浇中跨合拢梁段8
二、编制原则
遵守有关高空作业及特种作业的法律法规;遵守有关安全、质量方面的文件规定;坚持预防为主、安全第一的原则;规范施工,完善施工工艺,确保施工安全。
三、编制内容
连续梁施工安全风险高,为保证连续梁施工的安全,有效指导现场施工,特编制连续梁施工安全专项方案。

四、安全措施
(一)支架搭设、拆除安全措施
1、支架搭设
(1)支架施工前在支架基础上弹出纵、横向立杆的位置。
(2)底座、垫板均应准确地放在定位线上;
(3)支架必须配合施工进度搭设,一次搭设高度不应超过相邻连墙件以上两步
(4)每搭完一步支架后,应校正步距、纵距、横距及立杆的垂直度。允许偏差20~30mm。
