Methods 72 cases of gestational diabetes in the hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 in department of obstetrics and gynecology were conveniently selected as the observation group， and another 72 cases of non gestational diabetes and normal pregnant women were selected as the control group. The blood glucose of the observation group was controlled and studied until the termination of pregnancy. HbA1c levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were observed and compared.
