本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波出口贸易型中小企业电子商务应用情况的调查分析 摘 要 电子商务作为近几年非常活跃的运营模式，已经引起了整个社会的广泛关注，而中小企业的出口贸易，更是急需电子商务这样的运营模式支持。中小企业规模较小，经营决策权高度集中，想要改变企业运营模式非常简单，而且几乎不会有损失，决策时间段也非常短，另外中小企业实行的是小批量、多样化的销售模式，就出口贸易而言，沟通成本和运输成本非常重要，电子商务这种运营模式非常适合中小企业出口贸易。 本文首先分析了出口贸易型中小企业应用电子商务的必要性，对宁波出口贸易型中小企业的概况做了阐述，然后通过调查问卷的方式调查了宁波出口贸易型中小企业电子商务的应用情况，发现存在以下一些主要问题：宁波的企业想自建电子商务系统，可大多企业条件不够成熟；企业对品牌推广比较忽视，没有充分利用电子商务的优势进行品牌推广；电子商务专业人才比较短缺，大多企业急需相关人才。针对其中的不足之处提出了几点建议：企业合理自建电子商务系统，利用电子商务推广企业品牌，培训与招聘相结合解决人才难题。 关键词：；； Abstract In recent years, e-commerce has caused widespread concern in the community as a very active business model, while export trade of SMEs need business model like as e-commerce urgently. SMEs have smaller scale, and highly centralized decision-making power management, wanting to change the corporate business model is very simple, and almost no losses, and making decision is a very short time period, while small and medium enterprises carry out the low-volume and diversified sales model, as to export trade, communication costs and transportation costs are very important, e-commerce business model is ideal for export trade of small and medium enterprises. Through the survey, we found the enterprises of Ningbo want to self-built e-commerce system, but the conditions of most enterprises are not mature enough; enterprises relatively neglect business branding, and there is no full use of the advantages of e-commerce to branding; as comparative shortage of e-commerce professionals, most enterprises need related personnel urgently; compared with international enterprises of the same type, it is lagging behind. For the shortcomings, we raise some suggestions: enterprises self-built e-commerce systems rationally, the use of e-commerce to promote corporate brand, the combination of training and recruitment to solve talent problems.
