58 宝 钢 技 术 2008年第 6期 铁矿尾矿烧结制砖可行性探讨 衣德强,张剑锋 (上海梅山矿业有限公司 科技管理部,江苏 南京 210041) 摘要:为了减少尾矿排放容量,延长尾矿库使用寿命,开展 了利用尾矿生产烧结砖试验。梅山铁矿细粒尾 矿具有黏而细的特性,选用压滤工艺进行脱水,水分达到20%左右。通过实验室试验、半工业试验、工业试 验,探 索了烧结砖烧成温度和制砖工艺,研制出合格多孔砖 ,抗压强度达到建筑烧结砖 MU10的标准,完成了 冻融试验、泛霜试验、抗石灰爆裂试验,吸水率达到标准。放射性检测表明,其产销与使用范围不受限制。提 出了一期产品规模年产 1.2亿块标砖,尽快利用尾矿资源建设烧结砖生产线的设想,实现产业化后,可率先达 到无尾矿山的奋斗 目标。 关键词 :铁矿 ;尾矿;烧结砖 中图分类号:TD926.4 文献标识码:B 文章编号:1008—0716(2008)06—0058—04 Discussionon theFeasibilityofIronOreTailingsforSinteringBricks I1/Deqiang,ZhangJ~nfeng (ScienceandTechnologyManagementDepartment, ShanghaiMeishanMiningCo.,Ltd.,Nanjing210041,Jiangsu,China) Abstract:Forthepurposeofreducingtailingsemissioncapacityandextendingthetailingdam’Slife,researches onsinteringbricksmadeofironoretailingswerecarriedout.Inview offeaturesofstickinessandfinenessofsmall granularitytailingswithMeishanironore,thedewateringprocessofpressurefilterwasusedwith20% watercontent. Bymeansoflaboratory,semi—industrialandindustrialexperiments,thebrick—makingprocess,includingthemanufac— turingtemperature,wasexplored,and finallythecertified perforatedbrickswereproduced with thecompression strengthreachingMU10,thestandardforconstruction—usebricks.Testsoffreezing—melting,frostandlimeburstwere made,andwaterabsoprtionreachedthestandard.Radioactivitydetectingshowedthatthescopeofproduction,selling andusingwereoutoflimit.Theproposalswereputforwardformanufacturing120millionpiecesofstandardbricks peryearofrthefirstphaseoftheproject,andbuildingaproductionlineusingthetailingresourcestomakesintering bricksasSOODaspossible.Whentheindustrializationisrealized,thetargetofnotailingsemissioncanbereached.
